Masaharu Morimoto who moved from Japan to the United States in 1985 utilizes a unique fusion in his cooking that combines Japanese color combinations with Chinese spices and Italian ingredients. While Morimoto owns several restaurants around the globe, this location is his first of Momosan Ramen & Sake, and he plans to open a second location in the city, with 2 already open in Honolulu and Seattle.
